AMERICAN FORK, Utah (AP) -- A Forbes Elementary cafeteria worker is being credited with saving a boy who was choking on his food.
Alpine District spokeswoman Jerrilynn Mortensen says the boy wanted to eat fast so he could get outside and play.
He shoved a lot of food in his mouth and as he was returning a lunch tray the worker saw him struggling to breathe.
The cafeteria worker slapped him on the back, which was enough to help the boy.
