(KSL News) We've received several calls from people concerned about plumes of smoke in the Salt Lake Valley.
For the past two days, officials have been doing a controlled burn in the marshes around the Great Salt Lake. They're trying to get rid of weeds that could burn easily during the wildfire season.
More burns are planned for the coming weeks.
