PROVO, Utah (AP) -- A man accused of stabbing a father and his teenage son last month has been charged.
Ruben Dircio-Carreto faces two counts of attempted murder and two counts of aggravated assault. Authorities say he allegedly stabbed Gabriel Cristobal-Paz and his son Saul on or about August 29th in Provo.

Court documents say Dircio-Carreto sat outside the Cristobal-Paz home and after Saul asked him what he wanted he stabbed him in the stomach. Carreto then allegedly entered the house and stabbed Gabriel in the leg.
Court records say both victims were taken to the hospital with series injuries.
