(KSL News) Lawyers for EnergySolutions will be in front of the Utah Supreme Court this morning looking to get a lawsuit dropped.

The Healthy Enviroment Alliance of Utah, or HEAL, sued over EnergySolutions' plan to expand its boundaries.

But the nuclear waste company withdrew its expansion plans, citing its March 15 agreement with Governor Jon Huntsman to seek no further expansions. The company claims the Supreme Court's ruling is no longer necessary.
