(KSL News) -- Oil prices have come down this afternoon.

The US and European governments agreed to help make up for the production lost to Hurricane Katrina. The governments announced they'll be releasing two million barrels a day of oil and refined products from their reserves.

It's part of an "aggressive" federal response to the hurricane.
