COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- The Salt Lake Bees rallied from two runs down to defeat the Colorado Springs Sky Sox 7-5 on Monday afternoon.
The Bees were down 5-3 when Brennan Boesch led off the fourth inning with an opposite field home run to left, his seventh of the season. Grant Green led off the sixth with a double high off of the left field wall. Efren Navarro followed with a sinking liner to left, which dropped in front of the oncoming Drew Garcia for a double to bring home Green with the tying run. With two outs, Zach Borenstein brought home the go ahead run with a single to center. Salt Lake would add some insurance in the eighth, Boesch doubled, moved to third on a single by Luis Jimenez and scored on a fielder's choice.
Salt Lake starter Justin Thomas (4-6) earned the win, as he went five and one-third innings and allowed five runs, four earned, on nine hits with three strikeouts and four walks.

Relievers Jeremy Berg, Brandon Sisk and Michael Kohn combined to throw three and two-third scoreless innings with Kohn earning his third save. Boesch and Jimenez each had two hits and one run batted in to lead the Bees with Tommy Field and Luis Martinez chipping in two hits each, as the Bees go 5-3 on the road trip.
