SAN DIEGO (AP) — New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker is inactive against the San Diego Chargers to rest an ailing right hamstring that has limited him the last few weeks.

Greg Salas was expected to start Sunday in place of Decker.

Chargers center Rich Ohrnberger is inactive for a second straight week with a back injury and cornerback Shareece Wright also will sit due to a knee injury. Other Chargers inactives include wide receiver Dontrelle Inman, running back Ryan Mathews and linebackers Manti Te'o and Reggie Walker.

Doug Legursky will start again at center, while rookie Jason Verrett will start for Wright.

Other than Decker, the Jets' inactives are wide receiver Chris Owusu, linebacker A.J. Edds, offensive lineman Dakota Dozier, tackle Ben Ijalana, defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis and nose tackle T.J. Barnes.
