COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — Alabama set an SEC record with 12 players taken in the 2018 NFL draft including four in the first round. The top-ranked Crimson Tide are sure to have several high draft picks in next year's draft, too, but there are players at many other SEC schools that are also likely to hear their names called in the first round of the 2019 draft. According to several mock draft boards the SEC could have first-rounders from as many as nine schools.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — Alabama coach Avery Johnson has landed a three-player signing class for 2019. The Crimson Tide announced the signing of forward Juwan Gary and guards Jaylen Forbes and Jaden Shackelford.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — PJ Washington set a career high with 25 points and had a season-best seven rebounds, Tyler Herro added 18 points and No. 10 Kentucky rolled over North Dakota 96-58. The Wildcats finally got the dominant effort they sought after losing to Duke and scraping by Southern Illinois last week. They had to shake off an initial back-and-forth with the Fighting Hawks, who led 13-12 before Washington's 3-pointer put Kentucky ahead to stay.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Michaela Onyenwere scored 25 points, Kennedy Burke added 21 and UCLA pulled away with a game-ending 18-4 run to upset No. 14 Georgia 80-69. The Bruins (2-1) trailed by 12 points early in the third quarter and tied the game three times in the fourth before taking control.

WACO, Texas (AP) — Jalen Hurd has made the transition at Baylor to being one of the Big 12's top receivers after initially being a top running back in the SEC. Hurd made a thoughtful decision to become a receiver at Baylor after almost three seasons running the ball at Tennessee. Hurd is about 20 pounds lighter than his running back days and is fourth in the Big 12 with 62 catches after having to sit out last season.

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — Austin Wiley scored 18 points and No. 9 Auburn scored 35 consecutive points during a second-half stretch in a 103-52 victory over Mississippi College. Bryce Brown added 16 points for the Tigers, who went on a scoring tear of dunks, 3-pointers and fast-break baskets after the Division II Choctaws briefly threatened to make it close. Mississippi College cut a 25-point deficit down to 51-40 early in the second half. Auburn reclaimed control emphatically with a closing 52-12 run.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Graduation rates for NCAA athletes reached a record high of 88 percent, according to data released by college sports' governing body. Graduation Success Rate data released by the NCAA showed a 1-percentage point increase from 2017. There were similar increases for men's basketball players, which was up 3 percentage points to 85, and FBS football players, up 1 percentage point to 79.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) — Tiana Mangakahia scored 26 points and No. 18 Syracuse beat 20th-ranked Texas A&M 75-65. Trailing by one at the half, Syracuse (2-1) scored the first 13 points of the third quarter to open up a 47-35 lead.
