UNDATED (AP) — A person familiar with the negotiations tells The Associated Press that four-time All-Star guard Rajon Rondo (RAH'-zhahn RAHN'-doh) has agreed to a two-year, $30 million package with the Bulls. Rondo averaged 11.9 points and an NBA-best 11.7 assists with the Kings last season. And a person with knowledge of the deal says Jamal Crawford will sign a three-year, $42 million contract that will keep him with the Los Angeles Clippers.

LONDON (AP) — Top seed and six-time champion Serena Williams disposed of Annika Beck 6-3, 6-0 in just 51 minutes to advance to the Round of 16. She joins two-time major champion Svetlana Kuznetsova (svet-LAH'-nah kooz-NET'-so-vah), who rallied to beat American Sloane Stephens 6-7, 6-2, 8-6. In the men's bracket, John Isner lost to No. 12 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (joh-WIHL'-freed SAHN'-gah) 19-17 in the fifth set.

AKRON, Ohio (AP) — Dustin Johnson shot a 4-under 66 to win the Bridgestone Invitational after top-ranked Jason Day faltered down the stretch. Day was tied for the lead when he hooked a 3-wood off the tee on the par-5 16th and hit another shot into a pond on the way to a double bogey. He finished with a 72 and slipped into a third place tie.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Brooke Henderson has successfully defended her title in the LPGA Cambia Portland Classic, finishing four strokes ahead of Stacy Lewis. Henderson finished 14 under following a 71 to become the tournament's first back-to-back winner since Annika Sorenstam in 2002 and '03. Lewis has finished second 11 times while going winless in her last 53 starts.

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) — Reilly Smith and Vincent Trocheck (TROH'-chehk) have signed new deals with the Florida Panthers after scoring 25 goals apiece last season. Smith got a five-year, $25 million extension that will keep him under contract through the 2021-22 season. His deal was announced not long after Trocheck finalized his six-year, $28.5 million contract with the club.
