The Bear Lake Monster Winterfest and Cisco Disco is boatloads of fun. For decades the Cisco Disco has been held during the cisco run at Cisco Beach of Bear Lake's eastern shore. Anglers can net their limit of cisco, sometimes in one swipe. When deep fried, Cisco are tasty to eat. Later in the day, the Monster Winterfest at the marina is fun for the whole family. Watch as crazy participants navigate chilly waters in the cardboard boat regatta, then jump in from the dock at the Monster Plunge. It's a fundraiser for charity and always a good time.
