SALT LAKE CITY — Sometimes, simply checking in on someone can be the most important thing you do. Recognizing the signs that someone is struggling and knowing where to turn can make a real difference.

Rebecca Hyde is the Director for Community Crisis and Intervention Services with Huntsman Mental Health Institute. She shared ways to check in and create an opening for them to talk about what they're experiencing.
