PARIS — Guatemalan runner Luis Grijalva will compete in his second Olympic games, the first ones since he got a new visa that allows him to travel in and out of the United States without repercussions. In Tokyo 2020, Grijalva required a special permit because he was part of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, a immigration program that gives protections to immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.
