SALT LAKE CITY — Every game means more from here on out. Can the Utes avoid their third loss of the season taking on undefeated Washington? Can BYU become bowl eligible in an unforgiving Big 12?

Make your picks here.

No. 3 Michigan (9-0) at No. 10 Penn State (8-1)

Saturday, Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. MST (FOX)

The Wolverines have made it this far. Can they go 10-0?

Why Michigan will win: The Wolverines have been one of the best — if not the best — teams in the nation through nine games, but going undefeated gets harder with each passing week. The defense looked a little more vulnerable giving up 13 points to Purdue last week after never allowing more than 10 before that.

The Wolverine offense still dropped 41 points, however, and has not scored less than that since 31 points against Rutgers in Week 4. JJ McCarthy is absolutely dealing at QB with 18 touchdowns on 2,134 passing yards.

Why Penn State will win: As good as McCarthy has been for Michigan, you could argue Penn State's Drew Allar has been even better.

He's had 20 touchdown passes and one interception. Allar bounced back from a single-digit loss to Ohio State three weeks ago to win two straight, including a 51-15 road win over Maryland last week.

Line: Michigan -4.5

Over/under: 44.5

Nevada (2-7) at Utah State (4-5)

Saturday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. MST

The Aggies have a chance to get a game away from bowl eligibility with three games remaining.

Why Nevada will win: The Wolfpack's only two wins this season came in the last three games.

The last road effort resulted in a 6-0 win at San Diego State, a place where Utah State needed double overtime last week to come away with a win.

Why Utah State will win: It looks like Cooper Legas will be the guy at quarterback for the Aggies as long as he stays healthy. The Orem native is up to 15 touchdowns on 1,505 yards this season.

His job has gotten easier since the start of the season with the emergence of dual threats at wideout as Jalen Royals (11) and Terrell Vaughn (9) have combined for 20 touchdowns this season.

Line: Utah State -16.5

Over/under: 56.5

No. 18 Utah (7-2) at No. 5 Washington (9-0)

Saturday, Nov. 11 at 1:30 p.m. MST (FOX)

The Utes will look to replicate their road win at USC three weeks ago as they face the all-offense Huskies in Seattle.

Why Utah will win: The last two road efforts for the Utes came with drastically different results: a 21-7 loss at Oregon State and then a 34-32 win at USC.

Quarterback Bryson Barnes has proven he can move the ball when needed, and the pig farmer will have to muster all his strength to upset the undefeated Huskies.

Why Washington will win: Michael Penix Jr. has 26 passing touchdowns on 3,201 yards with three games still remaining in the regular season.

The Huskies scored just 15 points in their last home game against Arizona State when Penix threw two picks, so he will have to be wary of a potent Utes defense hungry for turnovers.

Line: Washington -9.5

Over/under: 51.5

No. 9 Ole Miss (8-1) at No. 2 Georgia (9-0)

Saturday, Nov. 11 at 5 p.m. MST (ESPN)

Two teams that are closer on paper than they appear, with just one loss separating them.

Why Ole Miss will win: The Rebels have won five straight since a Week 4 loss at Alabama, with wins over LSU, Auburn and Texas A&M.

Utah native Jaxson Dart has 16 touchdowns and four interceptions on 2,467 yards, and running back Quinshon Judkins is up to 12 scores on the year.

Why Georgia will win: The Bulldogs were threatened by Mizzou last week at home, winning by just 9 points in the end.

Quarterback Carson Beck has the same stat line as Dart at 16 touchdowns and four picks in what could turn into a shootout.

Line: Georgia -10.5

Over/under: 57.5

Iowa State (5-4) at BYU (5-4)

Saturday, Nov. 11 at 8:15 p.m. MST (ESPN)

Vampire Cougars anyone?

Why Iowa State will win: Iowa State is coming off of a 7-point home loss to Kansas but won two road games in a row before that against Baylor and Cincinnati.

Freshman quarterback Rocco Becht (incredible name by the way) has 13 passing touchdowns on 1,918 yards in his first college season.

Why BYU will win: Two road losses in a row likely have the Cougars giving thanks for a much-needed home game, and a night one at that.

The Cougars have statistically played better in night games and are undefeated at LaVell Edwards Stadium this year. Can they keep the streak alive and get a bowl game in their first year in the Big 12?

Line: Iowa State -7.0

Over/under: 41.5
