LEHI — A 46-year-old man died Monday morning in a car crash on Timpanogos Highway in Lehi.

Around 11 a.m. Monday, an Acura MDX rear-ended a commercial truck with an attached trailer, according to law enforcement. The truck was pulled over on the eastbound shoulder due to a blown-out front tire.

First responders performed CPR on the Acura driver, but he was declared dead at the scene. Witnesses say the Acura was not speeding prior to the crash.

Police have not yet released the man's identity.
