ST. GEORGE — When two brothers combined their design skills and a love for sleep, they created a one-of-a-kind pillow technology that could transform the sleep game forever.

"What's appealing is that everyone sleeps," Mark Rane told St. George News. "How can we not find a good pillow? As designers, the idea of recreating a product that's been around forever and changing the way people interact with is really appealing."

Brothers Mark and Peter Rane, creators of The Fully Adjustable Pod-Pillow, are both industrial designers who studied at BYU. Since graduation, Mark Rane said they have "lived all over the place," working for various companies as corporate in-house designers.

"We know how to design stuff, how to source things and how to make a good product," he said. "And we're the company. When people email for customer service, they're talking to us. We've put all of our efforts into this, and we're in it for the long haul."
