SALT LAKE CITY — After a great opening weekend of college football, it's time for Week 2!
And while there are still some expected lopsided matches as part of nonconference play, there's some great matchups we've selected for you in this weekend's KSL.com College Football Pick'em.
Highlighting the games we selected this weekend is No. 21 BYU welcoming No. 9 Baylor to LaVell Edwards Stadium in an "after dark" rematch of last season's game that finished in Baylor's favor. Can the Cougars get their revenge at home and prove early-season doubters that BYU is ready to contend again?
We're excited to see — most of the staff believed BYU could get it done, but the Puka Nacua news has changed some picks since publishing this article.
One of the other intriguing matchups this weekend features two ranked opponents in the midday game on ABC. No. 17 Pittsburgh looked good in their season opener with former USC quarterback Kedon Slovis under center, but Heisman hopeful, quarterback Hendon Hooker, has No. 24 Tennessee primed for a great season.
The majority of the KSL.com staff believes in one team: Tennessee. But don't be surprised if Pittsburgh comes away with the win and ruins the staff picks — we want chaos.
