If you haven't been to the southwest corner of the valley lately, it's exploding with new shops and restaurants. And it's only the beginning.

Mountain View Village, Riverton's 85-acre mixed-use destination lifestyle center, is among the most rapidly expanding shopping, restaurant and entertainment centers in the west. Soon to be adding 34 new restaurants, a variety of health, beauty, apparel and home stores, and new entertainment venues, Phase II of its expansion is an exciting development for the Salt Lake Valley.

Here's a closer look at all that is coming to Riverton's Mountain View Village in the coming months.

Restaurants

The Salt Lake valley is burgeoning with excellent places to grab a bite, but Mountain View Village is about to be your go-to destination for all your favorite restaurants. During the coming months, Mountain View Village will welcome 15 new restaurants, including five new-to-Utah restaurants. These include Kona Grill, Shabu Gen experiential Korean BBQ, Silverlake Ramen, Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar and WildFin organic, sustainable seafood.

"This will be the strongest restaurant lineup in the greater Salt Lake area," senior vice president of leasing Chris Byers shared. "There is a taste for everyone, and we expect Mountain View Village will be the go-to destination for food lovers."

Mountain View Village will also welcome long-standing favorites such as Burgers & Barley, Chipotle, Crack Shack, Dirty Bird Fried Chicken, Peace on Earth Coffee, R&R BBQ, Royal Coffee, Santorini's Greek Grill, Super Chix and Via 313 in late 2021.
