In a year commemorating the centennial of the ratification of the 19th Amendment and the 150th anniversary of Utah women being the first in the country to vote under equal suffrage law, it seems only fitting that the life of one of the state’s most influential Latter-day Saint women’s suffrage leaders comes to the forefront.
