SALT LAKE CITY — On Sunday, the Utah Jazz were lauded nationally for two free agent moves that helped turn the team into a legitimate force in the Western Conference.
They aren't done shaping their roster quite yet.
The Jazz have agreed to a deal with veteran forward Jeff Green, KSL.com confirmed. Green will sign a one-year, $2.5 million veteran minimum deal to come to Utah. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski was first to report the move.

Green joins a team that has made significant moves this offseason. He comes to Utah along with newcomers Mike Conley, Bojan Bogdanovic and Ed Davis as key additions to a team that now has championship aspirations.
Green averaged 12.3 points and four rebounds last year with the Washington Wizards. He started 44 games and averaged 27 minutes per game.
The 6-foot-9 Green is a versatile player that can play both at the wing and the power forward positions. The 12-year veteran is a career 33% 3-point shooter, so he can make shots.
The Wizards averaged 2.9 more points per 100 possessions when Green was on the floor, according to cleaningtheglass.com. The Wizards, though, were a bit worse defensively with Green on the court — and that has been a consistent theme throughout Green's career.
Green can be viewed as Jae Crowder's replacement — a big wing that can also play some power forward (and even start there, if the Jazz want to move Joe Ingles to a sixth-man role) and can hit the occasional outside shot. Crowder was traded to Memphis as part of the deal to get Conley.
The Jazz aren't done making moves yet. Utah still has only 11 players committed or signed for next season. The league minimum is 13.
Deals can officially be completed on July 6.
