POCATELLO, Idaho — A 12-minute documentary featuring Pocatello native Taysom Hill was released Thursday by the New Orleans Saints. Hill is a third-string quarterback for the Saints who has gained stardom this season by playing a variety of roles on the team, including on special teams.

Hill's childhood, playing days at Highland High School and subsequent rise to stardom in the National Football League are discussed in the video by members of Hill's family, as well as friends, coaches and media members, the Idaho State Journal reported.

The video can be watched here, or at the top of this article. There is also a 31-photo gallery of Hill and Pocatello that can be seen here.

Hill and the Saints (13-3) are the No. 1 seed for the upcoming NFC playoffs. The team has a bye for this weekend's opening round.

Another local, Blackfoot native and Idaho State University alumnus Josh Hill, is a tight end for the Saints. Josh Hill recently signed a three-year contract extension to remain on the team.
