ATLANTA (AP) — Lamical Perine had a 5-yard scoring catch and added a 53-yard touchdown run to lead No. 10 Florida's strong rushing attack as the Gators capped their comeback season with a runaway 41-15 win over No. 8 Michigan in the Peach Bowl. After finishing 4-7 in 2017, Florida enjoyed a dramatic turnaround in Dan Mullen's debut season as coach.

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — Tyler Cook scored 19 points with 12 rebounds and 24th-ranked Iowa held off lowly Bryant 72-67 in its final tuneup before Big Ten play resumes next week. Jordan Bohannon had 17 points for the Hawkeyes, who swept their non-conference opponents for the first time since 1986-87. Iowa hardly looked ready for conference play to pick back up though.

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Cassius Winston matched a career high with six 3-pointers and scored 24 points, leading No. 8 Michigan State to 88-60 win over Northern Illinois. The Spartans have won six straight heading into the Big Ten season. The Huskies have alternated between winning and losing for much of the season. Northern Illinois coach Mark Montgomery returned to the school where he played point guard from 1988 to 1992 and was one of Tom Izzo's assistants from 2001 to 2011.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) — Anthony Adger scored a career-high 27 points to lead Florida Atlantic to a 73-71 upset win over Illinois in overtime.

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — Bruno Fernando had 19 points and 12 rebounds for his sixth double-double of the season and Maryland shook off a slow start to deal Radford a 78-64 loss in its nonconference finale. Eric Ayala scored 14 points and Darryl Morsell added 13 for the Terrapins (10-3), who were without freshman forward Jalen Smith, who was sidelined with an illness. Smith is averaging 11.9 points and 7.2 rebounds.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) — Carsen Edwards scored 24 points and Matt Haarms added 12 to lead Purdue past Belmont 73-62. The Boilermakers have won two straight and all six home games this season. Kevin McClain had 21 points and Nick Muszynski had 14 to lead the Bruins. Dylan Windler scored seven points after returning to his home state _ not enough to extend Belmont's three-game winning streak despite cutting a 23-point deficit to seven with 5:23 to go.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Rasir Bolton scored 10 of his 18 points in the first half to help Penn State beat UMBC 74-52. Lamar Stevens added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Nittany Lions (7-6) who finished their non-conference slate 7-4.

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — James Palmer and Glynn Watson Jr. scored 16 points apiece, and Nebraska closed nonconference play with a 79-38 win over Division II Southwest Minnesota State. Isaac Copeland Jr. had 12 points and Thomas Allen added 10 for the 11-2 Cornhuskers, who are off to their best start since 1991-92.
