LAYTON -- Police say a Layton officer who was apparently drugged in a drive-thru is doing much better and has been released from the hospital.
Police arrested an employee of Subway at Layton. He is accused of slipping drugs, including the active ingredient in marijuana, into the drink the officer ordered at the drive-thru.
