PANAMA CITY (AP) — The White House isn't revealing details about today's meeting between President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro. But Cuba's foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez, says "we have found common ground in the willingness to have a civilized behavior that respects our differences." The leaders met at the Summit of the Americas in Panama.

PANAMA CITY (AP) — President Barack Obama says he's fed up with partisan wrangling in Congress over a potential nuclear agreement with Tehran. Iran's leader is criticizing certain provisions. Obama says he's not surprised. But he says he's dismayed some Republicans are giving more credence to his interpretation of the deal than they are to Secretary of State John Kerry's explanations.

SEATTLE (AP) — Greenpeace says six activists opposed to offshore drilling in the Arctic have abandoned a Seattle-bound drill rig they boarded in the Pacific Ocean six days ago. The organization says rough seas prompted the decision. Royal Dutch Shell, which has leased the rig, sued seeking a court order to remove the protesters. A judge heard arguments Friday but didn't rule.

NEW YORK (AP) — A newspaper reports that nearly two thousand donors have raised bail money for a New York City man whose cellphone video captured the fatal police chokehold of Eric Garner last July. The Daily News says Ramsey Orta was freed after spending two months on Rikers Island following his February arrest on an allegation he sold drugs to undercover officers.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A woman has been accused of leaving her quadriplegic son in the woods in southwest Philadelphia for several days and then going to visit her boyfriend in Maryland. Authorities say the 21-year-old son has cerebral palsy. They say he was found lying in leaves covered with a blanket next to a wheelchair and a Bible on Friday night. No charges have been filed.
