POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — An eastern Idaho man authorities say fired at police officers during a high-speed chase before shooting himself and crashing into a mobile home has been identified.
Police say 46-year-old Bryan Seward of Pocatello died about 9:30 p.m. Saturday following the chase through Pocatello.
Bannock County Coroner Kim Quick tells KIFI-TV (http://bit.ly/1yHmKc2) that Seward died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The chase started after police tried to pull Seward over. Quick says police didn't fire any shots at Seward though Seward fired at police.
Police say no one was in the mobile home that was heavily damaged in the crash.
