TOOELE — Hofland Moreno of the Netherlands became the first cyclist to win two stages of the Tour of Utah on Wednesday, finishing first the the 118-mile third stage from Lehi to Miller Sports Park in 4 hours, 29 minutes and 41 seconds.
Moreno, who races for Belkin Pro Cycling, also won the first stage of the event near Cedar City.
Andrea Palini of Lampre-Merida finished right behind Moreno in second place, followed by Optum's Eric Young, UnitedHealthcare's Ken Hanson and Belkin's Wilco Kelderman.
