CLEVELAND (AP) — Injured Boston guard Rajon Rondo and center Jared Sullinger are sitting out for the Celtics against Cleveland.

Rondo is missing his second straight game on Saturday night because of a strained left shin. He was injured against Atlanta on Wednesday and didn't play Friday when the Celtics broke a nine-game losing streak against Charlotte.

Rondo, who was sidelined until January because of knee surgery, has played in 29 games this season.

Sullinger sprained his left ankle in the third quarter on Friday, but returned and scored 20 points. Celtics coach Brad Stevens said the ankle became swollen overnight and the decision was made to sit him out.

Backup point guard Jerryd Bayless hyperextended his right knee on Friday and is also out.

Cavaliers forward Luol Deng is sitting out for the second straight game because of a sore back.
