Will nostalgia win it for her in Ohio?

It's raining in Ohio today where voters are battling the weather to turn out to vote. Hillary Clinton is hanging her hopes on that state where blue collar workers have fond memories of her husband and his time in the White House. Click here to hear ABC Reporter Aaron Katersky from Ohio.

The weather is also an issue in Texas where they've had a late season storm this morning. This may not be as influential because of the large percentage of early voting in that state. ABC's Jim Ryan is there. Click here to hear his interview.

Veteran Newsman Sam Donaldson takes an interesting look at this historic vote today. Hillary Clinton has been claiming that her husband didn't have the nomination wrapped up until June in 1992. Is that true? Click here to hear more from Sam.

Okay - this is the kind of thing you think about but don't do. A guy in Kentucky punched his lawyer in open court and was sentenced to six months in jail. The judge sentenced him for contempt, saying courts would be in chaos if every defendant behaved that way. The man, Peter Hafer, has a new lawyer.

And one final story - Judge David Roper said he felt badly for Kenneth Samuels when he learned the child he had fathered for 11 years wasn't his. Justice was also shortchanged, the judge said, because Mr. Samuels had been paying child support all of those years. Last month, Judge Roper ruled that Jamie Hope, the child's mother, and Oba Wallace, the child's biological father, would have to repay Mr. Samuels $14,460 in child support he had paid since 1997.

Such an order is unusual, but not unique.
