It was "Honor America" day for Utah Saturday afternoon when it hosted Washington State at Rice-Eccles Stadium.

@atownmania: Cool of #Utes fans to sing along with the National Anthem at today's #HonorAmerica game. #GoUtes

Washington State received the ball to start the game but went for it on a fourth-and-14, something that caused a stir in the Twitter-sphere.

@johncoonsports: Leach took the gamble on 4th-and-13. Wrong call. #Utes have excellent field position to start.

After quick three-and-outs on both sides of the ball, the Utes had possession once again and did not waste any time in what turned out to be a big offensive game for the Utes.

@utahathletics: Touchdown by the Wolfman! John White rushes for 47-yard TD & Utes take 7-0 lead over WSU, 9:04, 1st quarter. #utes

@bartle21_56: The wolfman is back!!! #utes

@xGENOCIDEx: #utes game today. Already up 7 on Washington state. #beatWSU

Utah's next possession sounded a little something like this:

@JFurKSL: Travis Wilson connects with Moala for a Utah TD. #Utes up 14-0 now, still plenty of time in the 1st Q.

@jeffbevan: #utes rolling early. Who knew we had an offense!?! #utahvswashst #Utahvswsu

@JSiddoway: #Utes absolutely controlling scrimmage today -- both sides of the ball, really. Up 14-0 after 1st Quarter.

John White continued to rush the ball down the field, including a 2-yard "walking" touchdown that put the Utes up 21-0.

@JFurKSL: White easily runs into the end zone to basically put this game away. 21-0 #Utes

@bartle21_56: Whats #utes record when JWIV goes for 100 yds before the half??

Utah's defense then did its thing as Reggie Topps intercepted the ball, which set up a 20-yard field goal by Coleman Petersen.

@utahathletics: Utes settle for Coleman Petersen FG after Reggie Topps' interception. Utes lead WSU 24-0 with 8:03 left in 1st half. #utes #utesvswsu

White wasn't done in the first half, catching a screen pass from Wilson and bringing it upfield for 18 yards and the touchdown. Utah headed into halftime with a 31-0 lead.

@DSorensen: That was an absolutely dominant half of football for the #Utes. Great offense. Better defense. That's the #Utah football fans expect.

And then, deja vu happened for the third time in two weeks. And #utenation went bananas on Twitter.

@utahathletics: Reggie Dunn 100-yard kickoff return is his third in last two games! Four in his career is NCAA record! #sctop10 #utes #utesvswsu

@dustintate: Reggie freaking Dunn. Three 100+ yard kick-off returns in just two games. Amazing! He needs some ESPN love. #Utes @ESPN_Pac12blog

@jeffbevan: Offense is working, defense is smothering, Reggie Dunn is Reggie Dunning, even our kicker is making field goals! Great day for the #utes

@jeffbevan: take note #NFL teams, if #reggiedunn isn't your return man next year, then your team is already down 6 points #heisthebestever #utes

The Utes went on to defeat the Cougars 49-6 after allowing a fourth-quarter touchdown. They are now two wins away from being bowl eligible and face Washington, Arizona, and Colorado to end their season. This leaves Utah fans everywhere hopeful.

@MyHandle26: If #Utes can finish out season 7-5 and beat a ranked Arizona, they can find themselves in the top 25 heading into a bowl game.
