(KSL News) -- A Pennsylvania family has a burden off their shoulders.
A very big guest is gone right after children found her hiding under a porch.
Barbara Sainville, Homeowner: “I assumed it was a black garbage bag...screaming...it's a bear mom....it's a bear!"
It was a 15-year-old Black Bear weighing more than 700 pounds. The bear had been hibernating under the porch for a while.
The family bought the house only 2- weeks ago!
Wildlife workers tranquilized the bear and released her in the woods. They say the sleepy bear is a repeat offender.
The family got to walk out its front door for the first time in 5- days.
