LOGAN, Utah (AP) — Prosecutors have filed a felony sexual abuse charge against a former fraternity president at Utah State University.

Charging documents filed Friday allege that 26-year-old Ryan Wray inappropriately touched a woman who passed out at a Pi Kappa Alpha party in Logan.

Police say Wray had been assigned to keep watch over who couldn't take care of themselves.

A woman told police she awoke to being sexually assaulted just before spring break, and talked with other women who made similar claims.

The Herald Journal newspaper in Logan reports that investigators say there could be additional victims.

No attorney was listed in court records for Wray Friday, and no phone number was available in public records.

Police say he served last school year as president of the chapter, which was suspended after his arrest.
