PROVO — A Pizza Hut employee was robbed Friday morning while walking to the bank to deposit the previous night's revenue.
The employee was walking to the Wells Fargo with the night deposit cash when a male suspect approached the employee with a knife. The suspect threatened the employee with the fixed blade kitchen knife, and said, "Don't make me ask twice." The employee then gave the suspect the Wells Fargo deposit bags that contained the money.
After taking the money, the suspect ran southbound through the Riviera Apartments. Provo Police arrived a few minutes after the victim's call, but were unable to locate the suspect.
The victim described the suspect as approximately 5'10 with a thin build. The suspect had wrapped a blue shirt around his head and was wearing sunglasses.
