Outlook
The big weather story continues to be the bad air quality and dry trend that doesn't want to break down. High pressure has shifted west and allowed mountain areas to slightly cool, weakening the inversion, but air quality continues to be moderate to unhealth for the Wasatch Front. Expect more of the same this weekend with sunshine and haze with highs inthe low to mid 40s and lows in the middle to upper 20s. This weather pattern will linger through at least the middle of next week. - Kristen Van Dyke, KSL Weather 1.16.26
