The old flag proponents are suing Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson, arguing that deadlines and other rules governing their petition effort are unconstitutional.
Since the narrow passing of Senate Bill 31 in March of this year, many Utahns have embraced the new flag. Opponents, however, have been working overtime to reverse this change.
