DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Tigers have outrighted infielder Danny Worth to Triple-A Toledo after he cleared waivers.
The move was made Friday.
Detroit designated Worth for assignment on Wednesday when it recalled shortstop Eugenio Suarez.
Suarez hurt his left knee in his major league debut and was not in the lineup Friday night against the Boston Red Sox.
