SEATTLE (AP) — CJ Elleby scored 21, Isaac Bonton scored 18 of his 20 points in the second half, and Washington State completed a season-sweep of rival Washington with a 78-74 win. The Cougars swept the season series for the first time since the 2016-17 season. Washington State built a big halftime lead, watched Washington rally to take the lead midway through the second half before the Cougars rallied and held on in the closing minutes. Jaden McDaniels led Washington with 19 points. The Huskies snapped a nine-game losing streak last Saturday with a win over California, but lost yet another close game in conference play.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Oregon celebrated its latest Pac-12 title with an 88-57 rout of Washington State as Ruthy Hebard and Satou Sabally dominated inside and Sabrina Ionescu dished out 12 assists. Hebard had 28 points and 14 rebounds for her 15th double-double of the season, while Sabally finished with 22 points and seven rebounds without playing in the fourth quarter. Ionescu added 12 points for No. 3 Oregon. Jovana Subasic led WSU with 17 points in the sixth consecutive loss for the Cougars.

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Aari McDonald scored on a driving layup with 8.5 seconds left and had 20 points, lifting No. 13 Arizona to a 73-72 overtime victory over No. 4 Stanford. The Wildcats rallied from a nine-point deficit in the third quarter with a short run in the fourth to take the lead. Arizona hit consecutive 3-pointers to go up 71-64 in overtime, but the Cardinal answered with an 8-0 run, going up 72-71 on Lexie Hull's corner 3. McDonald followed with a drive from the top of the ke,y and Kiana Williams' runner on Stanford's final shot came up short.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Michaela Onyenwere scored 16 points and Japreece Dean added 12 to lead No. 9 UCLA to a 62-52 win over Colorado at Pauley Pavilion. The Bruins played well defensively, holding Colorado to 23 points in the first half, and bounced back from a loss at Washington five days earlier. Mya Hollingshead had 22 points for Colorado, which has lost 11 consecutive games in the series.

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Aleah Goodman came off the bench to score 22 points, Taylor Jones scored 21 with eight rebounds and No. 17 Oregon State dominated the fourth quarter to turn back Washington 75-61. Goodman hit 6 of 11 shots from 3-point range, while Jones sank 8 of 12 shots from the floor for the Beavers (21-8, 9-8 Pac-12 Conference). Amber Melgoza poured in 34 points for Washington (13-15, 5-12), moving her into 10th place on the Huskies' all-time scoring list with 1,676 points. The total was one point off her season high.

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Jamie Ruden scored 18 points and Eboni Walker had 11 points and 13 rebounds to help No. 24 Arizona State beat California 77-54. Ruden made 4 of 5 from 3-point range and the Sun Devils went 10 of 17 from the arc. The Golden Bears made 2 of 8 from 3-point range. Ja'Tavia Tapley added 11 points for Arizona State, which won four of its last five games. Cailyn Crocker had 11 points and Evelien Lutje Schipholt added 10 points and seven rebounds for California.

UNDATED (AP) — The NCAA football rules committee is proposing that players ejected from a game for targeting be permitted to remain in the bench area and to cap replay reviews at two minutes. After several days of meetings in Indianapolis, the committee also recommended requiring game officials to be on the field 90 minutes before a contest begins _ instead of 60 minutes _ to crack down on pregame dust-ups between teams. The committee also talked about the growing trend of defensive players faking injuries to slow down up-tempo offenses. Legislating against it is difficult and for now the plan is to appeal to coaches to stop using a tactic that Stanford coach David Shaw says lacks integrity.

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Former Arizona linebacker Sterling Lewis has died after being hospitalized for valley fever. He was 32. Current Wildcats coach Kevin Sumlin announced Lewis' death in a statement. Lewis played under coach Mike Stoops from 2008-09 after transferring from Blinn College in Texas. He played 23 games for the Wildcats, finishing with 98 combined tackles and three sacks.
