BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Travis Levy ran for two touchdowns and No. 24 Boston College beat Virginia Tech 31-21. The Eagles limited the Hokies to 32 yards in the third quarter and erased a 14-7 deficit with 21 unanswered points after halftime, setting themselves up for a huge matchup at home with second-ranked Clemson in the Atlantic Division next Saturday.
CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Travis Etienne ran for 153 yards and two touchdowns and No. 2 Clemson moved to 9-0 for the third time in four years with a 77-16 dismantling of Louisville. The Tigers had five rushing touchdowns. Among those cracking the end zone were 350-pound defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence who had a 2-yard TD run as part of Clemson's "Fridge Package." Clemson coach Dabo Swinney's son Will also had his first career touchdown on a fourth-quarter reception.
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Freshman Ricky Person Jr. scored three touchdowns while Jakobi Meyers had a big receiving day to help North Carolina State beat Florida State 47-28. Meyers had nine catches for 125 yards and a score for the Wolfpack, who snapped a two-game skid to become bowl eligible for the fifth straight year. James Blackman threw for a career-best 421 yards and four touchdowns for the Seminoles, who suffered a second straight lopsided loss.
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Quentin Harris' jump pass to Daniel Helm late in the third quarter put Duke ahead for good, and the Blue Devils beat reeling Miami 20-12 to hand the Hurricanes their third straight loss. Deon Jackson scored on a 75-yard rush on the game's first snap from scrimmage for Duke (6-3, 2-3 Atlantic Coast Conference), which secured bowl eligibility and won at Miami for the first time since 1976.
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Tobias Oliver rushed for 120 yards and two touchdowns and passed for a score to help Georgia Tech beat North Carolina 38-28. Oliver broke a 28-28 tie with a 1-yard touchdown run with three minutes remaining for the Yellow Jackets (5-4, 3-3 Atlantic Coast Conference), who won for the fourth time in five games.
