Parker Allen is a teenager from Panguitch, Utah, who has survived not one, but two heart transplants. His most recent came in the summer of 2023, and only a few months later, he was healthy enough to go hunting. So the Utah Conservation Officer's Association (UCOA) along with the East Zion CWMU, came together to give Parker a mule deer hunting tag and a rifle from Smith and Edwards. While the hunt is ultimately a success, the real story is about Parker and his incredible story, his supportive parents, and an outdoor community who comes together to give an opportunity of a lifetime to those who need it.
