PHOENIX (AP) — About 2.8 percent of medical appointments completed at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs facilities from August to February failed to meet the health system's timeliness goal, which calls for patients to be seen within 30 days.

Here's a look at how Arizona VA centers fared from September to February, when facility-level data became available. Below each facility are the total appointments completed during that period, followed by percentage of appointments that were delayed at least 31 days.
