RENO, Nev. (AP) — Three men have been arrested in connection with an apparent accidental shooting at a liquor store on Lake Tahoe's north shore.
Placer County sheriff's deputies responded to a liquor store in Kings Beach, California about 2 p.m. Thursday after a report that a teenager had been shot in the face.
KTVN-TV reports (http://tinyurl.com/q9vj8mv ) they found that a friend of the 19-year-old victim from Sacramento already had taken him to a hospital, where he told detectives the shooting was accidental.
Deputies say they found two firearms away from the crime scene. They arrested the alleged shooter, 19-year-old Brandon Fuller of Sacramento, and two Kings Beach men, Aydan Hamilton and Kyle Faulkner.
Fuller has been charged with negligent discharge of a firearm. Hamilton and Faulkner were charged with evidence tampering and conspiracy.
