Celebrate this special Fourth of July with a patriotic shave ice bar!

Toast to America 250 with this festive party idea! Take shaved ice and give it a patriotic twist for your Fourth of July celebrations.

Amy Richardson set up this party concept for us.

Set Up

Martini/Champagne glasses

Pop rocks mixed with sugar (to rim glasses)

Shaved ice

Ice cream (Amy used raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream and blueberry lemon sorbet)

Bubbly

Assembly

Mix pop rocks and sugar. Dab rim of glass with water and dip in pop rocks mixture, pressing into the rim with fingers.

Add shaved ice to glass. Scoop ice cream on top.

Pour bubbly over top and serve.
