The fresh powder piling up on the mountains at Snowbasin is all the reason you need to strap into your skis or snowboard. But there's another good — and cost effective — reason to ski or board Snowbasin throughout the remainder of the season.

When you buy a season pass for winter 2025-2026, you can use it now to ski and board in March and April for free.
Passes are currently available to purchase at the lowest price they'll ever be. Early bird pricing ends with the season, so be sure to secure your pass before then.
What is included in a Premier season pass
Not only does a Premier pass come with more free ski days, but it also has benefits that span the whole year.
The Premier pass offers:
- Unlimited skiing with no blackout dates.
- Year-round access with summer gondola rides and concerts.
- Five days of access to Sun Valley.
- Six buddy passes for 50% off window-rate tickets.
- Discounts on gear tune-ups.
- Group and private ski lesson.
- 50% off single day window-rate tickets at 25 Mountain Collective resorts.
If you can't pay the whole pass fee upfront, you can break it up into payments before the 2025-26 season begins. Visit the Snowbasin website to purchase passes and learn more.

What's new for the 2026 season
Over the summer months, the Snowbasin slopes are getting some improvements.
The 2026 season will have the new Becker chairlift (cutting the lift time in half), beginner terrain will be widened on runs Bear Hollow, Snowshoe, and Slow Road, and the resort is introducing RFID scanning, which should reduce wait times by 25%.
Parking will continue to be free with no reservations required, as the resort recently expanded access and enhanced their roadways.
