FRISCO, Texas — Real Salt Lake's double-digit unbeaten streak was in mighty peril after going down 3-0 to FC Dallas early in the second half Saturday at Toyota Stadium.

Diego Luna sparked the hope of a comeback in the 61st minute just before coming off the field and substitutes Anderson Julio and Nelson Palacio finished the job in a 3-3 draw to make it 11 straight without a loss for RSL.

Julio's goal came on an upper-90 curler from outside the box in the 73rd minute and Palacio took the clock all the way down to the 98th minute to score his first MLS goal and send RSL home with a point.

Leading goalscorer Chicho Arango had a pair of chances hit the post in the first half as RSL earned two expected goals in the opening 45 minutes without anything to show for it on the scoreboard.

Zac MacMath let a free kick bounce off his hands and in for the opener from Dallas just before halftime and had a bad clearance in the 57th minute that led to the second goal for the team from Texas.

"When we make a mistake, we've got each other's backs," MacMath said. "I've been in locker rooms where we hear that before, but obviously, we believe that, we feel it, we live it and there's 20 guys and more coaches and staff that pull each other together and we have that attitude to never give up."

Paul Arriola scored the third for Dallas in the 59th minute, just two minutes before Luna's RSL opener.

The Claret and Cobalt stay on the road for a midweek game next Wednesday in Seattle.
