Three road matches in eight days ended with a hard-earned point for Real Salt Lake in a 1-1 draw at Minnesota United FC on Saturday.
The team earned a pair of wins across MLS and Open Cup play first in Colorado and then finished the trip undefeated with the Minnesota tie.
"We put in so much work this week, and I think the results have shown," Andrew Brody said. "By beating our rivals twice and then coming here to finish the week to get a result in a tough spot on the road, so I'm super proud of this group."
The two goals in the game came just three minutes apart. Jefferson Savarino got the ball on a breakaway and sent a shot between the legs of the keeper for the opener and his fourth of the year — the most on the team — in the 28th minute.

Bongokuhle Hiongwane came back for Minnesota and sent a shot straight at RSL keeper Zac MacMath, which then ricocheted off Justen Glad and into the back of the net for an own goal in the 31st minute.
The RSL defense held taught for the final 60 minutes to get a point on the road and draw even with Austin and Portland in a tie for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
"We're so hungry," Brody said. "We want to keep going and get a win on Wednesday at home."
The Claret and Cobalt return home for a midweek home match against the LA Galaxy on Wednesday before hitting the road again to face Austin FC on June 3.
