PRESTON, Idaho — Two people were killed in an aircraft crash Wednesday morning east of Preston, Idaho.

Both Franklin County and Bear Lake County sent search-and-rescue teams and law enforcement when they received the report of a downed aircraft at around 10:50 a.m. The aircraft was located later and the deceased were found. The recovery process is still ongoing.
