SALT LAKE CITY — Several fires burned across Utah Wednesday, and one of the biggest was 100% contained Wednesday.

Keep up with the latest wildfire information below.

The Neck Fire

The Neck Fire, which had been burning east of Lund since Sept. 5, was fully contained Wednesday night, fire officials said.

The lightning-caused fire burned 19,151 acres.

The Meadow Creek Fire

The Meadow Creek Fire had burned 4,231 acres as of Wednesday night and was 90% contained.

The fire was only 20% contained Tuesday and fire officials credited the jump in containment to the hard work of firefighters and Wednesday’s rain.
