CLEVELAND (AP) — Browns rookie defensive back Jabrill Peppers has signed, and now Cleveland's entire draft class is under contract. The Browns selected Peppers with the No. 25 overall pick in April. Peppers played several positions at Michigan, but the Browns see him as a safety and to return kicks.
