MANILA, Utah (AP) — Authorities have identified the 14-year-old girl who was killed and a woman who was hospitalized in critical condition after they were struck by lightning at the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area straddling the Utah-Wyoming border. Brooklyn Reynolds, 14, and her stepmother, Jayleen Reynolds, 49, both of Utah County, were riding on a personal watercraft on Flaming Gorge Reservoir around noon Friday when their watercraft was hit by lightning.
