Celebrity siting. Tom hanks was seen at Ken's Cash Store in Oakley at 3:30 on Tuesday afternoon with his wife Rita Wilson. The cashier said he just stood in line to pay for his drink. Everybody was freaking out when they realized who it was. What fun!
