BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Three finalists are in the running to lead the North Dakota University System as chancellor.

The North Dakota Board of Higher Education announced Thursday that Paul Turman, Mark Hagerott and Robert Donley have all agreed to move forward in the search process

The board had narrowed the group to four following video interviews. Candidate Michael Thomas officially withdrew his name from the search on Thursday.

The next step in the process is constituent meetings and face-to-face interviews at the end of April.
