PLYMOUTH, Minn. (AP) — Former Minnesota Timberwolf Christian Laettner is back in Minnesota this weekend.

Laettner will be featured at two youth clinics hosted by the Minnesota Timberwolves Basketball Academy on Saturday.

Laettner will coach young players ages 9 to 13. The sessions are being held at Wayzata East Middle School in Plymouth.

The Timberwolves chose Laettner, a former Duke star, with the third overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft. He played 3½ seasons for the team and went on to have a 13-year pro career.
